Identify your Hampton Stove

Model number: You can find the model number on your invoice or on the front cover of the installation manual. The model number is also on the serial number decal. See below.

Serial Number: You can find the serial number for your unit on the decal attached to the stoves. See below for details.

Serial Number Decal Location

Classic & Hampton Gas Stoves have a serial number decal on the rear panel of the unit.

Hampton Fireplaces have the the serial number decal on a plate which is located inside the bottom of the fireplace behind the bottom louver. Open or remove the bottom louver.

Hampton Inserts have the the serial number decal on a plate which is located inside the bottom of the fireplace behind the bottom louver. Open or remove the bottom louver.

Freestanding Woodstoves: All freestanding woodstoves have a Serial Number Decal on the rear panel which lists the model number and serial number:

Wood Inserts: All wood inserts have a serial number decal on the bottom front of the stove, under the ashlip. If you have a fan installed, you will need to remove the fan first. Check the manual for your unit for fan removal.

Decal layout varies for each unit but they all have the serial number in the top right corner and the model number is printed in the top left or left side.
